Apparently the battery failed on the key, and when I got out of my car, the doors locked without my knowledge, and when I came back, there were the keys locked inside. I called Jeff Hagans and he immediately responded, had a door key made for me and brought it to me personally within 10-15 minutes. That's service; and that's customer-oriented friendship.
