Recently purchased a second vehicle from Hagans Dodge. I drove over an hour to this dealership and feel that the deal I made was worth the drive. I would give a zero if possible my father bought a truck from here then he passed away. Mind u he only had the truck only 6 month and had to put a battery to even drive the truck off the lot and he even gav from here then he passed away. Mind u he only had the truck only 6 month and had to put a battery to even drive the truck off the lot and he even gave like 26,000 for it and he never missed a payment n when he passed away he owed like 23,000 and it still blue booked for 26,000 and he even added things to the truck to make it even nicer. Well these people told my mom they would buy the truck back to keep her from going into debt on it so she took it down there and their money manager was down right RUDE to her. The woman just lost her husband of 23 years and their money manager had the audacity to yell at her. And when she complained to the manager she got told that the reason he isn't allowed to speak with customers very much is bc he don't know how to speak to them well maybe he shouldn't be working there. And on top of that they only offered her 22,000 and they kept all her GAP that they had paid in. That is down right ridiculous they pretty much stole that truck back from her and took advantage of someone who is in an emotional wreck right now. I wouldn't refer this place to anyone if I had known about any of this earlier I would have been up there before they closed to give this jerk a piece of my mind especially after he slammed the door in my mother's face and yelled at her. I can promise to spread the word around to everyone I can about this places poor business qualities every chance I get. And pray this rating changes how they treat their customers in the future I know it isn't going to help my mother any but it may help someone else's in the future or at least save someone else's mothers feelings bc at this point I'm having to pick up the broken pieces that they have made worse so THANK YOU VERY MUCH HAGAN DODGE FOR BEING COMPLETE JERKS TO MY MOTHER WHO JUST LOST EVERYTHING THAT MEANT THE MOST TO HER AND BEING THE RUDEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD!!!
