Even though my Toyota Camry was not originally purchased from Haddads and was past the warranty period, they still repaired the ignition switch under a goodwill warranty with a reasonable deductible. I contacted this dealer for service on my 98 4runner. The differential housing had rusted through and was leaking. This was very fast (good as I was without transportation). I asked Rick about scheduling a time to do the install and he referred me to Jason in service. We worked together and set up a time for the job to be done. A technician named Pete did the work and my vehicle was done in a day. This was a big job which was done quickly and efficiently. Rick was very helpful in advising me, getting what I needed quickly and orchestrating the start of the repair procedure. Courteous knowledgeable professionalism like this will have me coming back to this dealership with all my automotive needs in the future. More
