I contacted the dealership through the internet department and did the majority of my negotiations via email. Doing the majority of negotiations via email is the way to go, in my opinion. It saves time and, I'm told, money as the internet department offers the lowest quotes possible to get you in the door. At the dealership, Danielle was both professional and friendly. The negotiation process of buying a new car is, for me, very stressful. I hate confrontation and often find it difficult to be assertive. My experience with Danielle--who has a calming presence--minimized that stress.
