UPDATE: I sent a detailed email to George Haddad, owner, and very quickly Chris Kramek, General Sales Manager, sent me a reply. He acknowledged how unpleasant our experience had been, and said that the issues were being addressed. And he graciously offered to provide us with something that would show the company's remorse and true concern. This is the kind of attention to the customer that we had expected when we first went to Haddad, and it's great to get it at this point.
