Excellent experience My wife and I were treated with courtesy and respect when we walked into the dealership. Our salesman was Shawn Roy, and even though we told him up front that we had already put a deposit on another car (and thus would probably not be buying from him), he pleasantly and thoroughly answered all our questions, and was happy to take us out on a test drive with the 2015 Legacy. The car was very impressive, as was the low-key way Shawn presented himself and all the pertinent information. When we got home, my wife decided that she would like to cancel the other car (which had been on order for four and a half months, with no end in sight) and go with the Legacy. When we called Shawn with this good news, he immediately said that he would try to locate a car with the paint, upholstery, trim package and options that we wanted, so we would not have to wait for a car to be built from scratch. A couple of days later, Shawn called and told us that a car fitting the description had been located and would be at the dealership by the weekend! Now that's what we call responsive, quick service. It made all the time we had (fruitlessly) waited for the other car seem worthwhile. Thank you Haddad Subaru, and thank you Shawn Roy- you guys are the best! More

When I walked in the door the showroom was very busy, and salesman were running all over the place. I was greeted and explained all of the new features that The Subaru Outback had to offer by the salesman Shawn roy. After about 15 minutes I was driving one, and I was amazed at the way Subaru had changed the car. After some time he found the payment that would fit my budget. A Rewarding Experience I had gone to several dealers and was about to purchase a car at one of them. During that time, Tiffany from Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield had been leav I had gone to several dealers and was about to purchase a car at one of them. During that time, Tiffany from Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield had been leaving me a daily message on my answering machine. She was polite, brief and made it clear that Haddad's policy was to beat any car deal I had been offered. I decided that I had nothing to lose by driving my used car to Haddad and speaking to them about selling it and purchasing a new car. The manager, Danielle Delaney greeted me. She was warm, on top of her game and efficient. She went over the paperwork from the other car dealer and immediately made me a better offer.Very quickly, we got to a number that I could accept. Haddad gave me a much higher price for my used vehicle than I had been offered at the Toyota dealer. Furthermore, I ended up purchasing a 2015 Subaru Forester for just a little more money than what a used Rav 4 at the Toyota dealership had been offered to me for. My car loan was financed at a very low rate. In addition, Haddad sent a runner to the DMV, so that I wouldn't have to wait in line to change my plates. My new car runs beautifully and I am exceedingly happy. More
