Today was my first visit to this dealership, and I'm very happy with the Service Department, I was assisted by the service manager, who was professional and courteous, despite the fact that I didn't have an appointment. The experience was pleasant and positive, I didn't wait very long, however the waiting area is clean, and well maintained, and thus the wait was very easy.
