I do enjoy having scheduled appointments now rather than the old first come first serve time. The experiences i've had while there are nice and welcoming. Unfortunately they do not provide the same service they once did! Lack of communication on their part, I had to keep calling to find out the progress and/or findings. They could work on the intake/greeting process and phone etiquette, but the Service Dept. has improved in the last year. It still has room, but is getting better.
