The WORST Svc Dept! Nothing good to say about this dealers svc Dept. My car sat almost 2 wks after tow-in & nothing had been done; this isn’t the 1st time it’s happened. Another time my car sat 28 da dealers svc Dept. My car sat almost 2 wks after tow-in & nothing had been done; this isn’t the 1st time it’s happened. Another time my car sat 28 days when towed in before it was even looked at. This is inexcusable! The most recent tow-in was for engine light on & exhaust fumes, for Emmissions system pbms; code P0079 exhaust valve control solenoid bank 1 pbm. No repair was done regarding this & the code was just cleared out. Advisor said fan belt was replaced. I asked for explanation as to how a fan belt was going to fix an emissions pbm with the exhaust valve control solenoid; I got no answer. I’ve called and left messages for the service manager and advisor wanting answers, & asked for the mechanics report on diagnostics he performed; moreso, how was the code cleared & engine light turned off if no repair was done. No one will return my calls. I have filed a complaint with Kia corporate customer service office. More

I took my 2020 Kia Telluride in for warranty work due to engine light intermittently coming on suggesting problem with torque converter, hi beams no longer working, alignment and problem with driver side se engine light intermittently coming on suggesting problem with torque converter, hi beams no longer working, alignment and problem with driver side seat slide switch which sometimes seemed to not work properly. I picked my vehicle up 5 days later and alignment was not done, supposedly the engine code light was a software issue that I was told was fixed, the headlamps are on order with no date of delivery set. And the seat slide switch that mostly worked would not work at all and I was charged $145 just for them to pull off handle and take a picture with no description later to be told that liquid spilled on it had ruined it and warranty was void. After reluctantly paying the $145 I took it home with seat now not being adjustable at all and upon inspection of the switch realized that it had been tampered with and now was totally broken by mechanic at Kia. Dishonest service department. They broke my seat slide switch & lied and said it was due to liquid spill. Then charged me $145 to check it. More

Vanessa was my service agent at Haddad KIA. She did a excellent job and provided top-notch service. Unfortunately the technicians could not find the issue with the window rolling down automatically on my excellent job and provided top-notch service. Unfortunately the technicians could not find the issue with the window rolling down automatically on my new telluride when there’s a really strong crosswind. It seems to be a manufactures defect if you roll down the window when there’s a strong wind your window will go back up but then will come back down about an inch automatically as the safety pressure sensor is sensing too much pressure to let the window roll all the way up. Also when I picked up the car I noticed the right rear tire was lower than the rest and the tire pressure sensor was turned on. Turns out while the dealership had my car they drove over a piece of metal and the tire was going flat. At first Vanessa suggested that I take the car and go get the tire fixed. However the piece of metal was too close to the edge for a patch and it wasn’t my fault. After a short discussion Vanessa got approval to replace the tire but they had to keep the car overnight. I really appreciate the fact that they went ahead and put a new tire on at their expense without any hassle. I’m giving them four out of five stars because they couldn’t find the issue with the window and I had to leave the car for another day while they replaced the tire. More
Staff was friendly. Even though I did not have an appointment for servicing my car, they let me drop it off and called me back when it was done. Because I was a walk-in, I did not expect it to be don appointment for servicing my car, they let me drop it off and called me back when it was done.
