Sent car in for recall, and upon inspection they did not touch anything on my car so I don’t think it actually was checked and it makes the same noise post “repair”. To check the safety issues on my car one has to drop the oil pan and remove all oil, check piston rod bearings and crankshaft journals and replace oil pan. I don’t appreciate being lied to about my car being properly inspected. everything was untouched and unopened upon receipt. More

I paid $150 dollars for a diagnosis that I already knew . They had my car for more than a week and they never returned my call . I then called again after no one returned my call and asked if they had any up They had my car for more than a week and they never returned my call . I then called again after no one returned my call and asked if they had any updates about my car and they said no. At this point I told them if I can pick up my car since no diagnosis was said and then they placed me on hold . They ended up saying it was the transmission . I took my car to a different mechanic and they said it was not the transmission . I wish I can get a refund . Poor service More
Unhappy with the service department this time. I had to call to find out status where they should have called me. When I did call I was on hold for 30 minutes, then told the techs had gone home. If I could I would give no stars to this service department, we had been taking the car to them for a recall on the motor, it kept making noises and they wouldn’t do anything about it and just send department, we had been taking the car to them for a recall on the motor, it kept making noises and they wouldn’t do anything about it and just send it back home saying just bring it back until is done for good, when it finally broke down it was a weekend and we had to dropped it off since there were no personnel available, on Monday we received a phone call from the technician saying that in order to provide with a proper diagnostic he needed to replace all the spark plugs as they were not the recommended ones for this car, I told him that I was only interested in finding out what was going on with the motor and the horrible noise it was making, he replied that in order for him to be able to give me a proper diagnosis the spark plugs needed to be replaced to start with, I told him I wasn’t going to spend almost $400 on spark plugs if the motor wasn’t good and he said that I should just go and pick up the car and pay the $149 diagnostic fee that was due, and asked me to hurry up and make a decision because he had to call 12 other customers that were waiting on him, I asked to speak to a manager and I told her the sme thing I told the technician that I wasn’t going to spend money on a motor that might be blown and she said: You’re right! I’m going to have them check it out again and we’ll get back with you “ about a week later after leaving messages she called me to let me know that it might be the motor but they still needed to make sure if it was going to be covered by the warranty, so I asked her to let me know as soon as possible if it was going to be covered, we were going to request a loaner for the time being repaired, about ten days later they called to tell us that they had replaced the motor and to go and pick it up, they did everything without even giving us a proper diagnosis, without our authorization and didn’t give us a loaner which was included in the warranty! I was very upset, I asked her how could they work on it without authorization and she said I really don’t know anything you’re going to have to talk to the general manager, she’s the one that knows, so I just gave up and picked up the car, it was such a horrible and stressing experience, hopefully I never have to deal with them again! More
