I brought my car in for service, oil change extra. My air filter and my cabin air filter both needed to be replaced. However, I wasn’t told that, and they didn’t go over the inspection with me. I brought my car in for a check engine light and 30k maintenance. I got the 30k maintenance went great but my initial problem came back while I was driving home. Service department is horrible! Very unprofessional! First of all had my appointment at 10AM I got there on time, Left my car to do a oil change and tire rotation along with fluid fill ups, my car was n First of all had my appointment at 10AM I got there on time, Left my car to do a oil change and tire rotation along with fluid fill ups, my car was not done until 4PM only to find out they didn’t even do a tire rotation only a oil change! So why was my car sitting for so long?!! I tried calling to ask why they didn’t do the rotation and to set up a appointment and they always put me on hold and then hang up after a couple mins. Never again will I purchase a vehicle nor the maintenance package from them!! This was not the first time either last time I had a oil change they did not put the cap on correctly so oil was leaking!!! More
