The worst place to get an oil change. I purchased a Kia there 3 years ago and I have been going to them since then, but the service has tanked. I’ve been told repeatedly 3 times that my car has a recall an there 3 years ago and I have been going to them since then, but the service has tanked. I’ve been told repeatedly 3 times that my car has a recall and that they don’t have the parts so they are “ordering it.” Mind you, this has been going on for months. This past occurrence, I went in for an oil change was told they would do the recall as well, waited 3 hours and was told that they don’t have the parts AGAIN. I basically waited 3 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment! Outrageous! More

The experience to buy the car was great, but the service is very lacking. It's very hard to get an appointment and service takes way too long. It seems like every time I go I get a story that they are down is very lacking. It's very hard to get an appointment and service takes way too long.
