The experience to buy the car was great, but the service is very lacking. It's very hard to get an appointment and service takes way too long. It seems like every time I go I get a story that they are down is very lacking. It's very hard to get an appointment and service takes way too long. It seems like every time I go I get a story that they are down to only one mechanic on duty. It always takes more than 3 hours even with an appointment. Please add more to speed up service! More

I’m from out of town in Ventura and called the day before to see if I could get in the next day. It wasn’t an issue at all, they’re very professional and had mine and my kids comfort as their priority. I cou to see if I could get in the next day. I had the worst road trip from Southern California and was heading to Spokane Washington because I moved here. The car broke down not even 3 hours into the drive and then it worked the next day but broke was heading to Spokane Washington because I moved here. The car broke down not even 3 hours into the drive and then it worked the next day but broke down again after about 30 minutes and we limped and ended up pushing the car into the Kia parking lot. I had my dog with me and my mom and the car completely packed full with some expensive items such as my computer. So breaking down to say the least was sooooo terrible. Starting with me calling about 15 minutes before we made it to the Kia dealership and speaking with Vanessa was when the amazing service started. Vanessa was so empathetic and helpful. She helped us the whole way through the repair and was considerate and even though it was still such a horrible time, she was the only bright spot. I am very upset about my brand new Kia Stinger with only 5,000 miles breaking down like this though. I can't believe such a new car breaking down like that and the struggle it put us through was one of the worst stretches I've ever been through and on top of it we still had about a 20 hour drive ahead of us. I wanted to express my frustrations with the car but I want to make sure that it's clear Vanessa was so great! I couldn't have asked for better help at the dealership. She needs a raise!! Tina was also very helpful too. More
Can’t tell you how much a an overly satisfied and happy with the customer service technicians at Haddad Kia. I purchased several cars since 2013 and every time I walk in, everyone addresses me by my name, with the customer service technicians at Haddad Kia.
