Very unpleasant experience. They broke the clips off of my engine air filter. Left the A/C on when I turned my car on. Took my car in as a walk in because the engine light was turned on, it took 2 weeks to get it back after calling almost every day and always getting little to no information. When they finally found out wha turned on, it took 2 weeks to get it back after calling almost every day and always getting little to no information. When they finally found out what was wrong they gave me minimal information just a price of what it would cost, I denied services. When I went to pick up my car it took over 30 minutes to get it back. At first they couldn’t find my paperwork, then I had to wait to get it back and when I did, my car was extremely dusty and had bird poop all over when I know that’s not how I brought it in, they didn’t even bother to put the fuse box door cover back on and to top it off the person who was driving my car almost hit another car while backing it up. I paid for my diagnostic but the diagnosis itself had literally no valuable information besides what I already knew. I am extremely disappointed and I am never the type to take the time out to even type of review but this time was absolutely needed. Everything was handled so unprofessionally and it was such a mess. I hope you all can do better for your customers in the future. More

The worst place to get an oil change. I purchased a Kia there 3 years ago and I have been going to them since then, but the service has tanked. I’ve been told repeatedly 3 times that my car has a recall an there 3 years ago and I have been going to them since then, but the service has tanked. I’ve been told repeatedly 3 times that my car has a recall and that they don’t have the parts so they are “ordering it.” Mind you, this has been going on for months. This past occurrence, I went in for an oil change was told they would do the recall as well, waited 3 hours and was told that they don’t have the parts AGAIN. I basically waited 3 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment! Outrageous! More
