They broke a part during the repair of my vehicle and just glued it back together instead of replacing it. The service manager refuses to answer my phone calls and emails about the problem. Went in July 30th for oil change. I arrived at 7 am so I could be the 1st walk in appt. I understood there was 2 appointments before me. I was told my car should be ready by 10 am. For some odd rea could be the 1st walk in appt. I understood there was 2 appointments before me. I was told my car should be ready by 10 am. For some odd reason, my vehicle was parked on the side of the building. After noticing that 4 walk in were in and out before me. At 11 am I asked the Rep what's going on with my vehicle. He told me my vehicle was in the garage getting worked on.. I walked outside and walked around. I noticed my vehicle parked on the side. I asked the Rep whats going and he assumed I went home and would pick up my vehicle at the end of the day. By 12pm. My vehicle was ready, I was told I would get a $10 discount that I never received. I still had to come out of pocket, even though I paid for a maintenance plan. In total I spent 6 hours in the lobby for an oil change. And paid for a service that I wasn't supposed to pay for. More
Recalled car twice but didn’t have part & take all day to change oil. Used to get appointment & had fast service. Could wait for work to complete. Won’t change part resulting in recalleven though if it fails change oil. Used to get appointment & had fast service. Could wait for work to complete. Had great experiences with sales. Unfortunately, my service department experiences have been mediocre at best. I had a recall that required the installation of a Fuze kit. I pre-coordinated the service service department experiences have been mediocre at best. I had a recall that required the installation of a Fuze kit. I pre-coordinated the service as I have to drive 100 miles and miss a day of work to take my car in. When I arrived at my appointment they had my car for 10 minutes and then sent me away saying they had to order the part and reschedule me. When I asked why they didn't have the part since we prearranged everything and there was no troubleshooting required. I was told that was "just how they do it". They won't order the required parts until after the 1st appointment. This was very frustrating and cost me 2 days of missing work to get a 1 hour Fuze installed. More
