I have used Haddad KIA for years, other the a battery replacement KIA are the only ones that have been under the hood of my SUV. I have always been treated with Curtis and respect. I’m really disappointed with the service department. I’ve always had great service in the past. They no longer make appointments, you’re told to just show up. My car was there from 7a.m.- 6p.m.. I called to check on it at 2:30, they hadn’t even started to work on it! I still hadn’t heard from them at 5:45, i called Luis said he had called and left a voicemail. I didn’t receive any call or message, he must have left the message on someone else’s number. When I finally picked it up, they didn’t have one of the filters that it needed, I was told I could go buy one elsewhere and they would install it if I couldn’t do it myself. I asked for them to order the filter, still waiting to hear from them about the filter. They shouldn’t tell you it will only take a couple hours when it’s actually all day. Not to mention, I had taken it the day before and we were told they were too busy, try another day. Please start making appointments again! More

I had even asked if there was any way I can get it sooner or by a certain time because I had an appointment in LA, but was told no and they can’t guarantee. Which I was all fine and understanding, till a woman comes in after me for the same service and was accommodated and told they’d have her car done by a certain time because she lived in Delano. My car was not finished till after 5 pm and missed my appointment. Really need to be able to schedule service for reasons like this. More

This dealership is the worse Kia I’ve ever been too. I was never provided a loaner car because I lived in another state nor did they accommodate me with rental car service.
