Unfortunately I had made an appointment, drove 45 miles to get there, and then was told I’d have to leave my vehicle until Monday. They had some kind of trouble and people had quit, but nobody bothered to to get there, and then was told I’d have to leave my vehicle until Monday. They had some kind of trouble and people had quit, but nobody bothered to call us so we wouldn’t have to go over there. We were able to go back Monday morning and they fixed everything.It just would’ve been nice if somebody could do some kind of preparation if something like that happens in order to tell people that are going to be coming from out of town, so we don’t make a trip for nothing. Usually I have no problems with this dealership. My last visit, however, was different. I dropped my car off at 8:45am (arrived around 8:30) for an oil change. At 4:30pm (30 minutes before technicians l visit, however, was different. I dropped my car off at 8:45am (arrived around 8:30) for an oil change. At 4:30pm (30 minutes before technicians leave the site) my car had not been inspected. At 5pm they called to tell me my car was ready. Upon picking up my car, I did not receive an inspection sheet, so I do not know what was inspected, if anything was. My glove box was left disconnected which proves they at least attempted to check the cabin air filter. But they never reported the condition of the air filter, or literally anything else. If I was less familiar with cars the hiccup with my glove box would have been more of a hassle. Thankfully I change my air filters myself and knew exactly how to reconnect everything. But my point is that I should not have received my car in that condition. I can say that they at least did not try to oversell me on things I did not need. But.. they never told me the condition of anything they claim to have inspected. So I’m going to assume in good faith that my oil was actually changed and just check the rest of the car myself. More
