I am giving a 4 star because initially I had a few problems with corporate and things weren't being handled the way I felt they should have. I would leave messages and no one would call me back despite calling daily. However, James in service stepped in and took charge like a boss. He assured me things would be different with him and he promised he would give me honest updates as he received information. I gave him a really hard time because at the point I didn't believe anyone and thought he was just a scapegoat. He did everything he said and acted as a liaison between myself and corporate to get things done. I was helping my elderly, 71, year old uncle with an engine issue. My uncle did not fully understand what was happening or what he needed to do. He just remembers being told to fix his car it would cost the price of getting a used car. To make matters worse, I don't live in Bakersfield. I am in the bay area so I need to rely on someone to help me that may not ever meet me. James did his research, provided realistic options and worked with corporate to fix the situation. He called me daily to inform me of the updates and the end result was beyond expectations. My uncle is more than elated and my heart is happy that I know my uncle is in good hands. If you need someone awesome, customer service focus and who will exceed the results you desire request James in service. More

The service writers were nice but there was no compensation for the inconvenience that happened when the internet and phone system went down.
