Dropped in June; was told service visits were by computer appt. Went home and made a service appt but 1st date available was 5 weeks away. So I wait and return on date of appt. Was then told there appts no l appt. Went home and made a service appt but 1st date available was 5 weeks away. So I wait and return on date of appt. Was then told there appts no longer necessary, instead first 20 vehicles each morning will be serviced. Told her I had an appt., So she attempted to fit me in (she made it seem an inconvenience). Now, since the waiting room has been removed I spent the wait wandering outside in the heat. Not a great experience. P.S.. Cabin filter I asked to be checked and changed if necessary wasn't, with no annotation. More
