First time buying a KIA and everyone has been very friendly. Dropped in June; was told service visits were by computer appt. Went home and made a service appt but 1st date available was 5 weeks away. So I wait and return on date of appt. Now, since the waiting room has been removed I spent the wait wandering outside in the heat. Not a great experience. P.S.. Miguel was very easy to work with, helpful, and accommodating. I brought in my vehicle at 7 in the morning and let him know that I needed to be at work around noon so I wanted to wait for it and as accommodating.
