Went in for a recall. Keep in mind I had an a appointment set up for 9am. Luis tell me that it shouldn’t take long it should be done by mid day. I had to keep calling to get updates on my vehicle. First time I called they haven’t even looked at my car. Second time I called, they said that they had to look for the technician and they would give me a call back for an update. Never received the call. By 5pm I called again and they still haven’t looked at my vehicle to repair the recall. Put me on hold, and to tell me that they had to order the part to repair it. I don’t know what kind of system they have going on at this location but just seems so disorganized. The whole point of an appointment is to be priority over walk ins. But they could have gave me a call with in at least two hours that my vehicle could be fixed due to ordering the part. Had a while day wasted when I could have been at work. Very disappointed!! More
I missed my appointment on the 14 and showed up on the 16th. Although they had reached there limit they still allowed me to drop off my car. They did my oilchange and tire rotation.
