During drop off and pick up, I was not greeted or directed to a line or service member. Customers are left to walk to to someone in hopes of being helped. When I picked up my vehicle the office had 3 directed to a line or service member. Customers are left to walk to to someone in hopes of being helped. Lastly, for the 2nd time, my car was delivered with missing air gage caps. The first time this happened no one offered to replace them. More
