The worst experience I’ve ever had, they damaged my door to the point it had to be replaced. It did not fit. My window controllers do not Work. It was in there for an engine recall. Customer relations (Tina) the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Miguel and James in service department, lied and were so very difficult to deal with, they told me different stories every time I was able to get them on the phone which was rare. Tina, Miguel and James were all very rude. I have owned over 10 vehicles in my life and this by far was the absolute worst nightmare of unprofessional people at a dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I immediately let Miguel know my door did not close completely, brushed it off. I have yet to hear from James the manager. More
Overall good service, my service was completed under the time frame given by service provider. Only issue I have is the lack of other services offered at this site. Worst customer service I've ever had. They don't answer their phone and they don't return calls. I left messages for my service advisor and when he didn't answer I left messages for the service manager. Wh their phone and they don't return calls. When the service director didn't return any of my calls I left messages for the general manager. The general manager never did return any of my calls. The only time I ever got a call back was after I called KIA corporate Consumer affairs Dept. To complain. My car was in their shop for 70 days and it still isn't right. It is now at a different KIA dealership getting the things that Haddad screwed up fixed. I understand that the situation were in causes huge delays but really how difficult is it to call your customer once every week or two with an update. I would've given 0 stars if it was an option. It took them 3 weeks to replace my battery.. and didn’t have a loner car for me.. they figured I could just pull money out of my xxx for a rental for 3 weeks so they could reimburse me at the end.
