Worst customer service I've ever had. They don't answer their phone and they don't return calls. I left messages for my service advisor and when he didn't answer I left messages for the service manager. Wh their phone and they don't return calls. When the service director didn't return any of my calls I left messages for the general manager. The general manager never did return any of my calls. The only time I ever got a call back was after I called KIA corporate Consumer affairs Dept. To complain. My car was in their shop for 70 days and it still isn't right. It is now at a different KIA dealership getting the things that Haddad screwed up fixed. I understand that the situation were in causes huge delays but really how difficult is it to call your customer once every week or two with an update. I would've given 0 stars if it was an option. Overall good service, my service was completed under the time frame given by service provider. Only issue I have is the lack of other services offered at this site. It took them 3 weeks to replace my battery.. and didn’t have a loner car for me.. they figured I could just pull money out of my xxx for a rental for 3 weeks so they could reimburse me at the end.
