I went in to get an oil change and was told it would take 2 hours. I ended up having to wait 6 hours. This is my first experience with this dealership. I have only had to deal with them when I leased the car and when I had my first oil change. I can say that it was much quicker leasing the car than getting only had to deal with them when I leased the car and when I had my first oil change. I can say that it was much quicker leasing the car than getting my oil changed. It took 4 hours for the oil change. I’m hoping that they were just extremely busy that day and it doesn’t take as long next time. More
Most all the service department is rude and not friendly at all. I called to set up an appointment for my oil change and was told they weren’t taking appointment, it was first come first serve. The service department should be sending out notices to all their customers to let me know that’s what they’re offering at the time so we can plan accordingly. More

They were extremely professional and respectful. Got me in and out since i had to be at work as soon as possible. I definitely appreciate this place. Not crazy about Hadad Kia service department. I’ve had issues with them shortly after purchasing our Sportage back in 2017. And then again recently.
