The folks at haddad Kia were amazing, attentive, kind, caring and punctual. I wish I lived closer to them, they would have all car needs, including my none kia cars, I own two of them. Some things have changed due to the pandemic. I prefer going to the dealer but the service schedule (first come, first serve between 7 and 10 am) took me by surprise. They do provide Lyft service which I was reluctant to use. But after waiting at the dealer for 8 hours one day, I decided to use the Lyft this time and was pleasantly surprised. The two service reps I dealt with were very nice and patient. But I was disappointed that I didn’t get a call as soon as my car was ready. When I called after 2 pm, I had to track my rep down to find out it was ready. There was some lack of communication about the details of the work done. I did get a follow up call the next day from customer service and got the info I was missing and a commitment to improve communication in the future. So I give them 4 stars this time but feel sure it will be 5 stars next time. More
It took 41/2 hours for oil change. I left the dealership with an oil leak. Charged ?150.00 for diagnostic. Estimate repair bill 1600.00. No integrity at this Kia Dealership. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. Service department never answers the phone. It takes a week just to run a diagnostic. Prices for parts are jacked up outrageously. I was all to reminded when I went into the waiting room, although my vehicle was there again it was not up to me it was a software update and I was going to take it to kia of carson. But I live here. I now know why I have avoided your kia service center. The customers where told the same thing over and over . When all have to say is today is not a good day or explain what is actually going on . My vehicle was dropped off a day before the appointment on a Sunday(looking to buy another one) so when I showed up at 8:00 I was told to return around 2-3 pm for the vehicle. I decided to wait and the service writer was aware and completed the update in 1.5 hours. So thank you for the service. Again im Not knocking your department just a heads up. Some softer words would help the customers understand or interpret what your saying instead of letting them feel appreciated. Your welcome . Good Day More
