Most all the service department is rude and not friendly at all. I called to set up an appointment for my oil change and was told they weren’t taking appointment, it was first come first serve. They were extremely professional and respectful. Got me in and out since i had to be at work as soon as possible. I definitely appreciate this place. Not crazy about Hadad Kia service department. I’ve had issues with them shortly after purchasing our Sportage back in 2017. And then again recently. The worst experience I’ve ever had, they damaged my door to the point it had to be replaced. It did not fit. My window controllers do not Work. It was in there for an engine recall. Customer relations (Tina) the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Miguel and James in service department, lied and were so very difficult to deal with, they told me different stories every time I was able to get them on the phone which was rare. Tina, Miguel and James were all very rude. I have owned over 10 vehicles in my life and this by far was the absolute worst nightmare of unprofessional people at a dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I immediately let Miguel know my door did not close completely, brushed it off. I have yet to hear from James the manager. More
