Terrible service from KIA! Car was picked up before 6pm and still smoking. Even confirmed to staff if they have tested the car for quality because I was bringing my sick son to pick up. When I informed the team inside, they did not opened the door instead said “we are not a mechanic and are closed” turned off the light and leave. Later we found out that one of those who did not bother to assist was the assistant manager. Definitely not coming back with this horrible service! More

I had to call to keep myself updated most of the time. They would often forget to tell me a lot of information. Had me struggling in at troubles for two weeks for something that was suppose to take 2 day They would often forget to tell me a lot of information. Usually I have no problem getting an oil change but this time was absolutely horrible. I went in to drop off my car and my husband went in an hour later. I got a text saying my car was ready, but I wanted to call to confirm. The lady said your husband car is done but mine isn’t. She specifically said they still had my 2018 Optima and it wasn’t done. Coincidentally my husband FaceTimes me and he’s in my car!! Yeah, the one she said THEY STILL HAD IN THEIR POSSESSION!! She didn’t even know my car was gone!! She told me they had finished my husbands car first because he waited and I didn’t which made no sense because I was there an hour before hand and had three cars ahead of me not including my husbands! Horrible service !!! More

I can’t say how disappointed I am with the service center at KIA. Seriously don’t recommend. The manager is condescending and the wait to even get your vehicle in is ridiculous.
