The customer service was great! My daughter’s car broke down while out of town. We felt that KIA really tried to help fix the car as fast as possible. I scheduled a service online to use my extended care package. When it came time for the appointment, I was told they no longer honored online appointments. Fortunately the service manager did allow me t package. When it came time for the appointment, I was told they no longer honored online appointments. Fortunately the service manager did allow me to use my appointment, but the receptionist I spoke to was not helpful at all and I had to request to speak to the manager to clear the situation up. When I scheduled my appointment online there was an option for a courtesy vehicle. When I called about my appointment I was told that courtesy vehicles were no longer available. No one contacted me regarding either the unavailability of courtesy vehicles or the fact they no longer honored online service schedules. When I brought my vehicle in, the person that helped me was very helpful and the service did not take very long. Due to the inconvenience of the service department I will be canceling my extended maintenance package More
They do know how to balance a tire, that’s for sure. I had a nail in my tire and went to America Tires on Gosford twice because they kept balancing my tire wrong. Dulce and the rest of the crew were excellent. The website says oil changes are walk-in only, but it does not say the time for walk-ins is 7-10 only. I made an appointment for an oil change anyway and got a confirmation number and email. When I arrived, they informed me that they don't do oil changes by appointment, only by walking in between 7-10. I arrived at 10:15. I said I also had a recall, so just do the recall instead. They went ahead and did everything! Plus they got me a Lyft ride there and back! More
Well, I took my car in to get the recalls taken care of and was told the parts needed to be ordered and I would receive a call the following week. I didn't hear from them that next week not the next two weeks. My tags were passed due and I didn't have another vehicle to drive. Therefore I called in to check on my parts and they were in. I was upset no one had called me sooner that's why I'm giving a 4 star rating. Once my car was being worked on, I was working with Dulce, she was awesome and took care of it in a timely manner. More
