I scheduled a service online to use my extended care package. When it came time for the appointment, I was told they no longer honored online appointments. When I scheduled my appointment online there was an option for a courtesy vehicle. When I called about my appointment I was told that courtesy vehicles were no longer available. No one contacted me regarding either the unavailability of courtesy vehicles or the fact they no longer honored online service schedules. When I brought my vehicle in, the person that helped me was very helpful and the service did not take very long.
