The customer service was great! My daughter’s car broke down while out of town. We felt that KIA really tried to help fix the car as fast as possible. I scheduled a service online to use my extended care package. When it came time for the appointment, I was told they no longer honored online appointments. Fortunately the service manager did allow me t package. When it came time for the appointment, I was told they no longer honored online appointments. Fortunately the service manager did allow me to use my appointment, but the receptionist I spoke to was not helpful at all and I had to request to speak to the manager to clear the situation up. When I scheduled my appointment online there was an option for a courtesy vehicle. When I called about my appointment I was told that courtesy vehicles were no longer available. No one contacted me regarding either the unavailability of courtesy vehicles or the fact they no longer honored online service schedules. When I brought my vehicle in, the person that helped me was very helpful and the service did not take very long. Due to the inconvenience of the service department I will be canceling my extended maintenance package More
