Took my car in because I had a huge problem with my KIA and they said okay we will take care of it asap, Well that was a huge lie, they never took care of the problem and they call me to pick up my vehicle and they said okay we will take care of it asap, Well that was a huge lie, they never took care of the problem and they call me to pick up my vehicle. Came in picked up my car and I drove it for 1 hr and the problem came back again, took it back the next day and they said we will take care of it well I ask for a rental car the manager said we don’t have no cars at this moment we’ll i find out that the same manager was supposedly helping me she got fired due do lost vehicles. Well I took my car in for few times and they never once looked at my car. H.R and the mechanic we’re going back and forth talking about not to take care of my car how do I now is because Am doing lemon law! It was horrible service but one thing I will say the guy was helping me “Luis” he was perfect always answering my questions always giving me the updates but everything else was horrible! Bad service. They took 7 months to fix my car!! More

I am very unhappy with my service because every time I take my car in something comes up and they don’t have the parts or they don’t have people to do the service..
