It took 5 1/2 hours for an oil change when I was the 4th person in line for it that morning. The advisor then charged me on another person’s account and a week later they tried telling me I still owed $110 on m6 account (I also have the maintenance package) which they claimed to not find… probably because they kept looking at someone else’s account. I would never recommend this dealership service department. More

Dealership is fine. Service dept is the worst I’ve ever been to. Strike 1: 15-20 min wait just to be helped, while the other service writer flirts with female co worker. Strike 2: told my car would be done same day, said my kid would be coming and left her number. I get a msg saying car is done and she was never called. Car stayed over night. Strike 3: picked up car. Super filthy inside. Dirt handprint on passenger seat and doors. I DID NOT send my car that way. Strike 4: someone helped themselves to my glove box. My insurance and registration was on my floorboard. Why? I didn’t ask for my cabin filter to be changed, nor was it on the invoice or R/O. If nobody did that, then they left my doors unlocked for others to do as they pleased. This has been the worst service I’ve experienced at a dealership. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. More

Made an appointment for a oil change drove from Porterville and got there and was told first come first serve and they don't make appointments and were already booked full, so had to drive back hom Porterville and got there and was told first come first serve and they don't make appointments and were already booked full, so had to drive back home. Second time still trying to get the same oil changed, I showed up at 7:15am was told a 3hr wait. I decided to wait and the service adviser lady was really nice offering rides to wherever I needed to go. 3hrs came and went and no one seemed to know how much longer...one min my vehicle was in the shop getting serviced and then it wasn't. Another customer next to me was complaining saying they had an appointment and it shouldn't take 3hrs for her car to get a oil change...frustrating hearing that, I was told they dont make appointments. 5hr 15min I waited on a simple oil change, got my 2020 Sorento back with oil and grease all over my door and steering wheel. I was just really ready to leave that point...no need to complain to Service Advisors. No one was unpleasant at this dealership and were always checking on me, but waiting 5+hrs for a oil change was brutal. More
