The service dept sucks! Even if you have an appt, they will bump your car back. I was told my car wld be done in 1 1/2-3hrs for a standard oil change. When asked what the issue was, no one cld give me an explanation. The service techs weren’t helpful and seemed to be annoyed with the tech that was assisting the customers needing oil changes….which was the bulk of the line. We waited in line for 30mins because no one else wld assist the guy! More
I had an appointment which was nice because they took my car as soon as I arrived to start my service for the routine oil change and 15 point inspection. I only waited an hour tops. The service person that assisted me name Tim was even helpful. He even explained the fuel induction process to me which help me to understand how I can increase the longevity of my car performance. Went to the service department. Everyone of the employees there including the manager were courteous, professional and very helpful. 48 hrs to find defective battery in new car. Too long. Giving a 10 day estimate repair time for every car they receive without an appointment regardless of problem is poor customer service.
