48 hrs to find defective battery in new car. Too long. Giving a 10 day estimate repair time for every car they receive without an appointment regardless of problem is poor customer service. The only problem I had was that it took a few months to change the motor. But they were on back order. Nothing I can do about that I said OK. When I got my car back I noticed the little button by the shift change the motor. But they were on back order. Nothing I can do about that I said OK. When I got my car back I noticed the little button by the shifter. The one that lets you change gears without put your foot on the break. It was pushed in now in the hole there. We have bought three cars from Kia. A 2014 in a 2015 forte and a 2014 Serano. Now my daughter wants to buy a telluride. I just hope they give her a good price. Well I should say I hope they give me a good price. I’ll be the one paying for it More
