It actually took less time than they said. But I still had to rent the car for six or seven weeks and almost $200 a week. The service writer told me that if I bring my receipts by he would help me see if I can get the money returned to me from Kia. I sure hope so because I had to go to work so I had to have a car. Whenever I called whoever I talk to you are always very polite. They even let me pick it up after service was closed.
