I was visiting the city on a weekend and my car broke down. Haddad Kia was so helpful! I was able to drop off my car on the weekend, and by Monday I had a call from them. Very rude! I got letter to get repair for trunk latch! When I got there I was told to come back later when I get a new letter! No letter, still not fixed! The service dept sucks! Even if you have an appt, they will bump your car back. I was told my car wld be done in 1 1/2-3hrs for a standard oil change. When asked what the issue was, no one cld give me an explanation. The service techs weren’t helpful and seemed to be annoyed with the tech that was assisting the customers needing oil changes….which was the bulk of the line. We waited in line for 30mins because no one else wld assist the guy! More
