Haddad Kia has been nothing but terrible from the very beginning. Terrible service. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone in a leadership role at this place, SALES and SERVICE side. Called multiple time beginning. Terrible service. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone in a leadership role at this place, SALES and SERVICE side. Called multiple times and left a call back number with their front desk attendants and NEVER get a call back. Kia itself does not honor warranties on items THEY REPLACED FROM THE BEGINNING. I took my vehicle to Kia of El Cajon in San Diego because the HEV warning light came on and stopped the car from working at 80k miles the battery failed and a safety plug was replaced under warranty, no big deal, however I was told if this issue EVER happened again Kia would fix the hybrid system no questions asked, that was clearly not the case because I took it to Haddad Kia WITH THE SAME ISSUE at 160k miles and they said, “no that makes no sense, it’s out of warranty” even though I was told it would be fixed no questions asked since previous battery maintenance was done in the past. It is ridiculous that we were sold this car and the battery has failed TWICE. Does Kia pride themselves on having a car that doesn’t last? I will do whatever it takes to make sure no one I know buys a Kia, EVER. This dealership is by far the worst. Sad that this is how they treat military members. My car is still sitting there because no one has called me and I cannot get ahold of anyone who knows what is going on there. More
