I have have used this dealership exclusively for the past 10+ cars I have purchased. My children also exclusively use this dealership now. Wasted an entire day (for an appointment made weeks ago) regarding recall work. Showed in "Check In Status" for 7 hours. Only way I found out there was a problem was by calling 7 1/2 hours later that the pa regarding recall work. Showed in "Check In Status" for 7 hours. Only way I found out there was a problem was by calling 7 1/2 hours later that the part never arrived and my car sat there, not worked on ALL day and no one bothered to call me! Incredibly frustrating. I did not have a good experience with the service manager, either. I now have had to schedule a second appointment to attempt to try this, again. The only kind person I dealt with was a female employee that was attempting to schedule and handle my service. Thank you, Dulce, for your patience and kindness. More
The service center, while definitely not glamorous, was ok. I've been to other Kia dealerships (Glendale, Carson) which have MUCH nicer facilities. Even the Kia sign outside is of the old badge and not the new one. My biggest problem was that I received a serious, mandatory recall notice for my EV6. When I brought the car, they asked me if I was going to leave the car all day as that is what they request when dealing with a recall. However, the recall only needed software updates. When I mentioned this, the service employee then said, "Ok, let me see if I can get it done sooner." It was done sooner, but I thought it was ridiculous that software updates were going to require my car to be there all day. I don't have all day to wait, come on. More

Great from the day I purchased a new Kia in Dec. of 2021. The Sales dept. Was Ton Notch, not pushy. They kept my Appointment time & all Went perfect. The young man, Timothy Johnson who waited on me was great. He was actually fun to talk to. He was pleasant & even offered me a ride if I needed it. When I picked up my car he had it Ready to go close by and took me Right to it. Good job Kia! I hope this Great service Always continues. More
