Recently took my Kia Telluride to be serviced and it’s was not a great experience. First, service center is not somewhere I would want to take my car too. If Kia is going to charge what they are for cars was not a great experience. First, service center is not somewhere I would want to take my car too. If Kia is going to charge what they are for cars the service center should not be so unsightly and poorly ran. Eva who checked me in addressed me at the door why she was three podiums down asking for my information. The waiting area is just a cluster of old chairs in an equally decrepit facility. My car was at Kia from 8 am to 5:00 pm. No updates at all during those hours. I only knew my car was done because I called to check in. When I went to check out I was charged for my service when I had paid for a service plan. Well Eva or anybody did not take the time to call me or the dealership I bought the car at about my service plan. Eva did not go over what was done but rushed us out of the service center. As soon as I left I called the Valencia Kia, where I bought the car, they told me I wasn’t the first person that day to call about a similar issue at Haddad Kia! When I received the call about completing this survey from her she was incredibly rude. I had no idea about this surgery she scolded me saying “yes we did talk about. So you need to do it.” I am thinking making the hour drive to Valencia might be better than having to deal with the run down, poorly managed service center. More
