Service sucked I hate bringing my car there had no choice since I have lifetime warranty on my motor and thought something was wrong with my motor had my car 3 days said it would maybe be 2 I had to call and since I have lifetime warranty on my motor and thought something was wrong with my motor had my car 3 days said it would maybe be 2 I had to call and my advisor wasn't working so noone was gonna call me till she got back so my car was gonna sit there another day me with no car no loaner car either when I called they told me what's wrong with it and I told them ok I can come get it and the lady yelled at me and said no it's not ready which I only told them to tell me what's wrong with it because I'll go fix it myself or have it fixed with the prices they have for something small I just hate that place makes me want to never want to buy a Kia again because of them they don't give a crap about the customers More

Very very inefficient service. We were told by them that they are a month behind in service. No rentals or estimated timing for repairs. I have taken my optima here twice to get recall work done. The first time they siphoned fuel out of my tank and didn’t put it back. The second time they had my car the motor was blown so they had to rep done. The first time they siphoned fuel out of my tank and didn’t put it back. The second time they had my car the motor was blown so they had to replace it under warranty. They had my car for 55 days before they got around to fixing it. They let my battery sit for 55 days so obviously it was dead then tried to sell me a battery to fix their screw up. It appears that they dropped the whole k member to take out the motor and when they re connected the steering rack they were off by a tooth because my steering wheel is now sideways. If they paid this little attention to the alignment of the wheel what else did they not pay attention to? Are my motor mount bolts even torqued? Am I randomly going to have my ac compressor fall off because they didn’t put the bolts in? I don’t know. I do know that I can’t trust the work. I don’t know if my car is safe to drive and it’s terrifying. They asked me to bring the car back next week so if they fix it maybe I’ll change my review. More
