The first time I came to get an oil change they were out of oil and so I wasted a trip over there. They wouldn’t call me to tell me when they got more in stock and wouldn’t let me make an appointment. When of oil and so I wasted a trip over there. When I called a few days later to see if they had oil they said yes and that they do oil changes 7-3. I couldn’t make it back in so I called a week later on a Saturday and she told me she didn’t know if they had oil but they only do oil changes 7-10 but start at 7:30. So which is it? She then took my name and # so someone could call me and no one ever did. I ended up just going and was able to get my oil change which took 2 hours. Also this is the only car lot I’ve ever bought a car from that the maintenance package doesn’t include tire rotation. Will NEVER buy another car from this lot. More
I had an appointment on the 8th at 10:00am I arrived on time and I was told they had no oil and couldn’t see me. I asked why I was not informed since I live clear across town. The technician said he just time and I was told they had no oil and couldn’t see me. I asked why I was not informed since I live clear across town. The technician said he just found out about 40 minutes ago. He also stated he did not know what time the oil would arrive to get the car serviced. So I said okay. He said for me to take the car in Monday morning. I did, I arrived at 7:15am. I did not leave the building until after 9:15. 2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. One customer arrived after I did for the same thing an oil change and she left half an hour before I did. It was not busy but my car sat waiting for me for over 15 minutes while the technician decided to check me out. I bought a KIA this was was my first time getting the car serviced and it was not a great experience. Hearing all the customers in the lounge with their complaints have actually worried me and have made me wonder if I made the right choice in choosing a Kia. More
I love how they take walk-ins for oil changes, and provide a shuttle service to go somewhere while I wait. They get it done quickly and allow me to schedule a shuttle service back when I'm ready. Service sucked I hate bringing my car there had no choice since I have lifetime warranty on my motor and thought something was wrong with my motor had my car 3 days said it would maybe be 2 I had to call and since I have lifetime warranty on my motor and thought something was wrong with my motor had my car 3 days said it would maybe be 2 I had to call and my advisor wasn't working so noone was gonna call me till she got back so my car was gonna sit there another day me with no car no loaner car either when I called they told me what's wrong with it and I told them ok I can come get it and the lady yelled at me and said no it's not ready which I only told them to tell me what's wrong with it because I'll go fix it myself or have it fixed with the prices they have for something small I just hate that place makes me want to never want to buy a Kia again because of them they don't give a crap about the customers More
