They did a fantastic job fixing my problem with the catalytic converter but however when I went and picked up the car They broke the latch on my center consul and then tried to deny it that it may hav catalytic converter but however when I went and picked up the car They broke the latch on my center consul and then tried to deny it that it may have been like that way when I brought it in which is not true however it has been rectified and they are replacing it free of charge so all in all I guess you could say it was pretty fair. Walk in the door. Go to the 1st 'standing' counter so they can tell you which counter you need to go to. They used to have service desks where you could sit with your Go to the 1st 'standing' counter so they can tell you which counter you need to go to. They used to have service desks where you could sit with your service counselor - now you have to stand at a service counter through the process. Then they refer you to another counter for a ride home. Counter after counter after counter. Your told a couple of hours. 6 hours later, they call to tell you it's ready. Sad. Their service used to be 5 star. Disappointing. More
If I could give no stars I would I bought my car in 2018 I have 41000 miles on it and am having transmission problems already my car is under warranty but they can't get me in to service over a month from n I have 41000 miles on it and am having transmission problems already my car is under warranty but they can't get me in to service over a month from now so I am supposed to continue to drive my car and ruin the transmission more when I shouldn't even be having problems with my car yet I have stayed up on maintenance oil changes ect. I have children and work ect and they also refuse a loaner so I'm suppose to wait a month to even get my car looked at and be without a car for 3 days for just a diagnostic and whoever much longer for them to fix it and with how times are hard right now I'm suppose to pay my own money for a rental which makes no sense when I bought my car new and it's covered under warranty and I should not be having these type of issues with my car yet looks like I will be taking my business else where from now on also on top of that the staff is very short and rude you would think customer service would be a priority because they would want returning customers More
