The staff is amazing! ! They make sure all your needs are taken care of. They communicate very well when there are issues with your car or suggest services needed. I came ! I never received a phone from Service advisor the whole 2 weeks they had my vehicle. I had to call after first week for them to tell me me that after 3 years of only owner of my vehicle it is normal for it 2 weeks they had my vehicle. I had to call after first week for them to tell me me that after 3 years of only owner of my vehicle it is normal for it to run hot to where warning light comes on, car shuts down, and white smoke constantly coming out of muffler. So I have a case with Kia Corporate. I call after second week this time they say could not duplicate the complaint. But still do not tell me come pick up my car she said I will call you back. It took Koa corporate calling twice the corporate calling me to tell me I can go pick up car. So $900 in rental car fees and as always poor customer service. I will start going out of town to het my Kia serviced for now on. More
James Juarez service manger Very unprofessional. First off when I spoke to him on the phone he was very rude as I was only asking what was wrong with my vehicle. When I did come into the store finally dolce try to find out what was wrong with my vehicle because the slip did not say. As she was looking for someone to explain or get information to tell me hi overheard because Mr. wire is was screaming from his office to another employee asking about another vehicle. They went back-and-forth yelling at each other before I heard Mr. James say well now she is crying . Crying referring to the lady asking about her vehicle. As I stood there waiting for a response on my vehicle I was vivid and totally baffled by what I just encountered I walked over to his office and stated well let me just come over here and speak to you so you can hear me crying as well . We continue to talk back-and-forth and he had the audacity to tell me that I do not know what he goes through on a daily. As myself I said the exact same thing stating that I do I work in a hospital. Honestly I do not care what he goes through on a daily he needs to treat his customers with the respect that they deserve. I brought my vehicle in only because I had an oil leak and it was my first time coming into Kia . I did previously take my car to Pep Boys for an oil change hoping that the oil leak would stop but it had not so that is the only reason why I went to Kia had I known that I would have to pay out-of-pocket for a simple oil change again three weeks after I just got one done I would have just waited and took my car back to Pep Boys and ask them to change out the drain plug which cost three dollars now I am out of pocket $90. I really hope that someone does speak to James about how he speaks and talks about his customers I definitely will not be going back . Also on my receipt it stated that the tire pressure was either at regulation or they adjusted it but when I looked at my gauges all my tires were either 32 or 33 not what they said they did or didn’t do so basically they just lied about even checking my tire pressure and if they changed my oil which they said they did they did not reset my oil gauge so I am a little iffy that they even changed my oil More
I had an appointment made 3 weeks in advance for 10 AM. My car was not started on until 12 noon. The mechanics did only an oil change- nothing else. The wait was 3 hours. This is unacceptable.
