Initially making the appointment, the girl I spoke to was rude. They don't give out loaner cars even though they have to keep your car for 3 days for warranty issues. I had a recall on my Kia it was a fuel pump. It took a few week to get the pump but it took a month to get the gasket or more. When the gasket came in. I brought my car in. I can't believe how terrible KIA has become since we bought two cars a few years ago at the same time. They sold us a brand new car that has had issues with it's starter since they sold it to us. Recen bought two cars a few years ago at the same time. They sold us a brand new car that has had issues with it's starter since they sold it to us. Recently, it died in the gas line at Costco and they took the car for a week only to tell us nothing was wrong with the car. Needless to say, we won't be buying KIA in the future because of this.
