We delivered the vehicle to Kia for a recall. They did not call us back the day we delivered it. So they had to keep it overnight. They still didn’t call us the next day. With an appointment, it still took almost 2 weeks to get a diagnosis and have recall problems fixed. What's the point of the appointment in the first place. I was also charged a full hour of service to chec a diagnosis and have recall problems fixed. What's the point of the appointment in the first place. I am new to the dealership and I was not told how long they would keep my vehicle, I had a 7:00 appointment and I got my car at 5:00.
