Kia Service. I received a letter in the mail about an extended warranty due to fuel pump issues. I dropped my car off early November. Was told it was done 12/2. Called to see what I could do. Was told to drop my car off by tow. They wouldn’t get to it till Monday. During this whole time the staff was completely rude to me. I was completely calm and talking nicely. It got to the point I had to ask someone else to talk for me. They spoke to the manager. I was never offered a loaner the whole time my car was at the Kia service. But after the manager was spoken to. The staff was suddenly nicer. After this experience I don’t know how I feel about Kia. More
The repair on my car took twice as long as originally predicted. 17 weeks instead of 6-8. The worst experience ever. I took my car in on Monday the 14th.... never heard back til the 21st. That was because I left a harsh message for the supervisor on Friday the 18th. My mom passed away and I had to rent a vehicle and postpone my mom's viewing till the next week as I had no clue as to what was happening with my car. I was told it would take a couple of days when I dropped it off..... terrible way to do business with no regard for other peoples time!! More
Went to get a coolant leak checked, after explaining exactly where the leak was, left the car there for 3 days, got a call saying there was no leak, explained again where the leak was then they magicall exactly where the leak was, left the car there for 3 days, got a call saying there was no leak, explained again where the leak was then they magically found it but couldn't fix it because it wasn't the standard hose clamp they use. Will take my car anywhere else but here for everything that isn't warranty work. More
