Kia Service. I received a letter in the mail about an extended warranty due to fuel pump issues. I dropped my car off early November. Was told it was done 12/2. Called to see what I could do. Was told to drop my car off by tow. They wouldn’t get to it till Monday. During this whole time the staff was completely rude to me. I was completely calm and talking nicely. It got to the point I had to ask someone else to talk for me. They spoke to the manager. I was never offered a loaner the whole time my car was at the Kia service. But after the manager was spoken to. The staff was suddenly nicer. After this experience I don’t know how I feel about Kia. The worst experience ever. I took my car in on Monday the 14th.... never heard back til the 21st. That was because I left a harsh message for the supervisor on Friday the 18th.
