I was here for anti-theft updated software recall. I live in Lake Isabella. 100 miles round trip. Courtesy transportation should be an essential item of your service. Vanessa, front desk lady, was excellent and had the knowledge to answer my concerns. This resulted in my having my 2 new tires rotated to the front ( Costco refused to install them on the front) and alignment done. I feel 100 per cent safer driving the canyon now. Thank you. More

The auto advisors stay over worked and understaffed with limited abilities to fully provide the service and trust that was much needed for the entire time my car was serviced from start to finish. After pick up I thought that my car was in better shape to drive however it was not because the bolts to the battery were not fully secure! I know of another Haddad customer who trusted this place to fully provide a 5 star or more experience but they also fell short with his vehicle too! More
