We’ve had some service issues in the past with this dealership after purchasing multiple vehicles from them and had made the decision to never return. However, being the local Kia representative, we ha dealership after purchasing multiple vehicles from them and had made the decision to never return. However, being the local Kia representative, we had to return for service in my wife’s vehicle. Service seems to be headed the right direction finally and Dulce has been great. We would love to see things return to “pre-covid” service levels as far as turn around time, but outside of that Dulce has been a great communicator and a straight shooter with us. Heading the right direction! More
