Aside from interacting with the service rep (Dulce Castro - who was professional, cordial and responsive) the experience with the service department has been poor. I suspect the dealership has a shortage of - who was professional, cordial and responsive) the experience with the service department has been poor. I suspect the dealership has a shortage of experienced, qualified technicians. Even with a scheduled service appointment it seems to take an unreasonable period of time to get your vehicle back. While waiting in the service dept other customers voiced this complaint. More
