Appointment was at 10:30am and did not get out until 2:20pm. I took my Kia in to get serviced eight days ago. The door latch was broken on the driver side door. They called me to tell me that it would be $650 to fix the latch on the door. I told them that I would shop around and that I would pick up my car the next day, which was Saturday. Went down to pick up my car. The door was left open and the car was unlocked and the battery was completely dead. I went in Monday and talk to James the assistant manager for the service department, who said he would not accept responsibility for my battery, being dead and drained. That I hadn’t gotten my car serviced enough for his satisfactory. I didn’t have enough miles on my car and accused me of just letting my car sit in my driveway and that’s why the battery was no good. Long story short after James was done bullying me in his office said that they would only pay half for a new battery. I agreed to that called later on in the afternoon to see if it was done. He then told me he couldn’t find one cheap enough Haddad Kia would go in half with me, They would have to keep my car another day until he found a cheap enough battery to put in my car. I still do not have my car. It’s day eight. I also called the assistant manager, left a message and the manager of the service department and left a message I haven’t heard back from either one of them. Dealing with this car dealership Haddad Kia has been a nightmare! My advice to you is to try anywhere else if possible do not buy a car or have a car service through Haddad Kia. I only wish I could get this dealership negative 5 stars. The only reason I gave them one star is because they would not except a review with zero stars More

David Rodriguez was a great salesman. He took care of us as soon as we walked on the lot. Even when I’m just coming in for a general service/oil change, I always leave feeling annoyed and like I wasted my money! There has typically been no enthused greeting or smile when walking through the door, I have waited for minutes before even being acknowledged! I have often felt like I’m bothering them when coming in. I rarely get a “thank you for your business,” “have a great day,” “see you next time” when done either! I have been coming in consistently since I bought my car new in 2017, and can truly say my whole attitude & opinion of KIA and Haddad has consistently turned sour (mostly due to the service dept reps). The service manager has been the only 1 that has showed me positive, professional customer service! I’m addition, now that a synthetic oil change service has gone up in price, I am looking at other business to service my vehicle when needed. More
