Our Service manager, Miguel was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. After the problem was diagnosed. The part needed to be ordered, which took a couple of weeks. When Miguel called and let us know the part was in, I had to tell him I didnt know when we would be able to bring the car in, as my husband had to have emergency surgery and things were unsure at the time. He told me not to worry, he would have the part there whenever we were ready. Two months later we brought the car in and Miguel immediately asked my husband how he was doing and said he was glad to see him again. We so appreciated his concern. dropped my car off on April 6 at 10 am with Dulce at service. My 2015 Optima was going in to get the anti theft software update. The time now is 2pm and I call to get a status on my car and am told dulce is not available and that she will call me before end of day. at this time, I check the status of my car via the real time link I got sent and it had shown my car was still not ready or had even been started on. I continue with work as I work 12’s at a hospital. on my next break, which is now around 6pm, I call the dealership to get another status and I am now told service is closed and I can’t get my car until the next day. The receptionist you took my call, Yatsi or something like that, was very kind and took down a message for me as I was very upset. This had me very upset that Dulce never called me to let me know about my car. This through my whole work week off as I had to be at work the next day at 6 am and now I had no car. and because of the lack if duice’s response time, I had to rent a car for the weekend to get to work The next day, april 7, dulce had the nerve to call me and leave me a VM stating my car has been ready since yesterday and that she did call me to let me know my car was ready but that she “forgot” to leave me a voicemail. which is completely false as I had no missed call from her. this makes me even more upset with the unprofessionalism and poor customer service. Was debating to get my oil changed here moving forward but after this service, I’d rather take my car to valvoline Kia, please work on your customer service and please, why is it always so hard to contact your service advisors?? More
Customer service is the worst that i have ever seen in my life. They interrupt when I am talking and don’t listen to me. They keep transferring the call to somewhere else every time I call them.
