Always takes longer then they tell you on any type of vehicle service. Takes forever to get someone on the phone. I had to repeatedly call to find out when my car would be ready for pick up. No one would help me or give me an answer. Everyone was rude and not friendly in the shop. My family had to get involved just to h ready for pick up. No one would help me or give me an answer. Everyone was rude and not friendly in the shop. My family had to get involved just to help me out to get answers. I would never recommend anyone to the shop. My grandpa Dan Robison as well had a horrible experience and had to talk to mike Haddad himself so that he could get help. Horrible service for sure. More

I had an appointment and was told to wait but no one jotted down my info or looked me up. I was told to wait till someone freed up. After about 15 min Miguel asked if I had been helped. Miguel was courteous but let me know it would be 3 to 4 days till they could get to my car. My appointment was 4/27 Thursday at 8am. I don’t understand this appointment system. No loaner was offered which is ridiculous, I stopped by on Friday around 4:30 I needed to get some stuff out of my car. I had my granddaughter with me who is 8 and batting cancer. I thought it would be a quick stop. The 2 women near the entrance were not helpful. They asked me to wait. I waited about 15 min before going back in to remind them I was waiting. The woman on the right of the entrance, asks Eva (who is very rude and has no customer service skill’s whatsoever) if someone was getting a tag for my vehicle. She responds, I called them. I go back outside meanwhile a few customers were helped with a jump start and picking up vehicles. I went in again and the woman on the rights asks Eva, are they bringing her car? She rudely says, Manny is bringing it up, I already told him. Meanwhile I didn’t know this was Manny outside helping other customers who arrived after myself. The girl on the right was walking past him saying ándale Manny, vámonos Manny. I didn’t know if she was just saying that because she knew I was waiting. After about 30 min of waiting Manny, asks me what I waiting for because he noticed me out there for a while. I realized he was Manuel “Manny” because of his name tag. I let home know I needed to get stuff out of my car and asked if he was the one bringing it out? He is the only one who offered an apology for the wait as he saw me saw me out while he had been back and forth with other customers. He said no one told him to get me car. He went in to speak to the 2 women and Eva on the left rudely tells him: that’s not my job! I could hear all this. He rushed to get my car and was very courteous. The 2 women never apologized for the miscommunication or for my long wait. I have heard bad things about this dealership service department and now have witnessed it for myself. Miguel called me Monday with estimate and my car was ready that evening. I picked it up Tuesday. He was ok. So far my vehicle seems to be fixed. This place needs a revamp on employees who really want to be there. This place truly lacks professionalism. More
