I’ve had nothing but great service from KIA from the purchase date and to my bringing my KIA Soul in for its first checkup on June 13. I showed them where there were some flaws along the edge of the ru purchase date and to my bringing my KIA Soul in for its first checkup on June 13. I showed them where there were some flaws along the edge of the running board that needed to be fixed. Vanessa took pictures and was going to get the part ordered. Vanessa made another appointment on June 19, to come back and have it fixed. So I came back on June 19 and Vanessa had to tell me that the part they ordered was not correct.. So my 30 minute drive was a total waste. So I waited for several weeks to hear from someone at KIA that the part had come in. I placed a call on JULY 13, to see if anyone knew if the part had come in. Amazingly enough the part was there and no one called me. I then was asked to bring my car in on Monday, July 17. I arrived at 7:45 am for my 8:00 am appointment. Vanessa checked me in and said it would be 2 to 3 hours and she would call me when my car was done. Just as she predicted it was done in 3 hours. The car looked great and it was all done. I’m not sure who dropped the ball, but I know there was miscommunication between the order for the part and someone not getting the information to Vanessa so she could schedule my appointment to fix the car. My car had been at Haddad Kia since Aug 22, (waited on a hybrid battery) When they returned my car, the inside was filthy. Driverside window had residue from tape. Which looked like the window was missing hybrid battery) When they returned my car, the inside was filthy. Driverside window had residue from tape. Which looked like the window was missing or broken or not rolled up. So they just taped a piece of plastic over it. Weeks or months of weather and dust covered the entire inside of the vehicle. There was animal fur on the floor mats. The car smelled like cat urine. How could you return a vehicle back to the customer in such a poor condition and expect no one would notice? When I asked the guy who brought me my car, I asked what the xxxx happened? He turned to me and said I should’ve requested a wash. I tried to complain to the service manager. He wouldn’t even come out to talk with me. No one would offer any explanation why my car was in such a poor state. I will drive anywhere else just so I won’t have to use Haddad Kia ever again. More
