I called 3 days straight multiple times and never got a pick up. Phone kept ringing and would send me to the main phone person and she would try to transfer me somewhere else. it was frustrating!! was fina pick up. The previous time I got my car done by Kia was last year in July, I remember because it was when we bought the car from them and they did the check on it to make sure everything was good. However they did lose some type of screw that I didn’t even know existed from that visit and tried to blame us when they are the ones who have ever worked on my car. They kept no records of that visit when I brought it up to them which seems very unorganized unless they did not want to look it up from their inconsistency of trying to help their customers. I will refuse to pay them more money to replace something that they lost and since they are unreliable in many ways. More
