This dealership is terrible. It's outdated; none of the areas have the updated Kia logo; the customer lounge faces east, and it's all windows without shade, so it's constant sun It's outdated; none of the areas have the updated Kia logo; the customer lounge faces east, and it's all windows without shade, so it's constant sun in your face; I had 5 SOFTWARE recalls on my EV6 and they told me it'll be hours to do; and lastly, I was able to schedule an appointment at 07:00 only to come here fighting with those who didn't make an appointment but got seen first. When I finally was seen at 07:15, they told me service technicians don't come in until 08:30. What the xxxx? At least, Dulce, the front-desk gal who helped me, was super nice. More

In the past this dealership needed improvements with notifying me when my car was finished with the service.
