This was the worst service I've ever received, did not have an actual drive up area to service your vehicle. There was zero parking available. I had to park at the dealership next door and walk to the ser have an actual drive up area to service your vehicle. There was zero parking available. I came at 7:00am for an oil change! My wait was long, close to 2 hours. I had an expired $10.00 off oil change and filter. Yr associate wud not honor it. Dulce in service is amazing super responsive very understanding. My car was in service for over a year and 3 months and she called me all the time just letting me know there wasn’t an update but the understanding. My car was in service for over a year and 3 months and she called me all the time just letting me know there wasn’t an update but the part was still ordered. Was reassuring to know I had someone atleast checking in on the vehicle and parts for me. The service supervisors are horrible and love to lie. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership or have a vehicle serviced there because of the supervisors. More
