We had to wait a month for the appointment with a scheduled time of 1030. After checking in I asked when the service would be completed was advised 1:00. I returned at 1:00 the car wasn’t ready. I noticed the car on the lot and was advised the car hadn’t been serviced, but they would let service know I was waiting. Once the car was taken back till it only took 30 minutes to inspect for the recall. When I went to leave I found the radio had been reset to guest (all different channels). I had to reset. The car was taken in for a recall that didn’t include the radio. Was the service completed or did they just listen to the radio? More

I live 2 hours away and this is the closest dealership to me. I brought my car in for a walk in oil change. I was very happy with the service provided. Mikayla was able to get me in and out within an hour an me. I brought my car in for a walk in oil change. I was very happy with the service provided. I received the free car wash and the car was returned to me with a couple of scratches from what looks like a scrub brush? But even then when I addressed the issue Haddad responded in a very professional, respectful manner. I am still waiting to get this issue taken care of but thats to be expected. Overall, I would recommend this location. More
